Terms of use

These terms cover the registration platform of the Al Dhafra Hospitals Fifth Health Forum, 4 to 6 November 2026, Baynunah Educational Complex, Madinat Zayed. The forum is organised by SEHA Al Dhafra Hospitals. The registration platform at aldhafrahealthforum.com is operated on their behalf by Ibtikar Robotics (FZE).

Registration

Register once, in your own name, with accurate information. The organisers may approve or decline a registration and may change its category.

Your badge

Your badge is personal: show it at the entrance and do not share it or copy it. If a badge is reprinted, the previous one is refused at the entrance.

Contact exchange

If you receive other attendees' contact details by scanning their badge, please respect their privacy.

Programme and availability

The programme, speakers and exhibitors may change; the app shows the latest version. The platform is kept available as far as possible, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Your badge also works without a connection.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على منصة التسجيل في ملتقى مستشفيات الظفرة الصحي الخامس، من 4 إلى 6 نوفمبر 2026، في مجمع بينونة التعليمي، مدينة زايد. تنظّم مستشفيات الظفرة التابعة لشركة صحة الملتقى. وتشغّل شركة Ibtikar Robotics (FZE) منصة التسجيل aldhafrahealthforum.com نيابةً عن مستشفيات الظفرة.

التسجيل

سجّل مرة واحدة باسمك وببيانات صحيحة. يحق للمنظمين اعتماد التسجيل أو رفضه وتغيير فئته.

بطاقتك

بطاقتك شخصية: اعرضها عند المدخل ولا تشاركها ولا تنسخها. وإذا أُعيدت طباعة بطاقة، تُرفض البطاقة السابقة عند المدخل.

تبادل جهات الاتصال

إذا حصلت على بيانات اتصال مشاركين آخرين بمسح بطاقاتهم، يُرجى احترام خصوصيتهم.

البرنامج وتوفّر المنصة

قد يتغير البرنامج والمتحدثون والعارضون، ويعرض التطبيق أحدث نسخة. نحرص على إتاحة المنصة قدر الإمكان، لكن لا يمكن ضمان استمرار الخدمة دون انقطاع. وتعمل بطاقتك أيضاً دون اتصال.
